Call Center Call Volume...............

How many of you get ticked off customers that have waited over 20 minutes to actually talk to a live peson?? What do you say to calm them down?

nothing, just best bet to keep pushing through on the call, otherwise, they tend to use it to crap on the company, and then ask for free stuff for their inconvienance!!!
