Geniuses!
Had a whole family come in, I activated 3 lines for them yesterday. They wanted to add a 4th line. Ok,good!
They want a Samsung Gravity. In Aqua/White Color, which we have 0 of... we have 10 in a lime green color. I explain I can GET the Aqua/White one but it involves me driving to another one of our stores and it might take me two hours.
They say, well why can't you just activate this one?!?! And they are pointing to the DUMMY PHONE of the color they want... I politely explain that it's not a real phone. 😁
And then they all start complaining that we should have it in stock if we have it on display and there's no reason they can't use the display model. 😲
But anyway,they ended up taking the green one. 🙄
