Violent customers
VCC = Violent crazy customer
Quick backstory; we have a type of corporate account here that requires us to fax a form to a department to get a autorization # and then we refax it to activations. Obviously this can only be done during week days and those customers are aware of that. What we usually do is do the invoice, program the phone and process it through the system the next business day.
My new rep comes to ask me for help because he doesn't know how to process these types of account.
VCC = You can just bill me for the phones and activate them on Monday
M = Absolutely, we'll just need to fill in the form now so we still have all your information

Attitudes like that should never be rewarded. Their business is not worth it.
You could always take my managers approach.
