Typically carry batteries... I would rather just sell you a new phone so you don't come back and complain that the new battery didn't make your Motorola V400 work... 🙄

But I love this phone its never given me a problem before and I dont wanna pay for my next phone its not free and a battery is cheaper (usually not) and oh yea I dont want to extend my contract I just wanna bitch and I'm probally over 60

That's we always told them at my store (in Phoenix)... but wow I didn't know that it was a universal practice! 🤣

I tell them that since the phone has been discontinued (most people asking for a battery have a discontinued phone) that we have to use our secondary supplier and that it has to be paid cash in advance.
