Shop Talk

this lady came in a couple minutes ago saying that her phone would die after charging it all night after a couple phone calls. So i take a look at the battery and it is severly buldging. So i look up her account and she is not due for an upgrade for a couple of months. So i inform her that she has a couple options like buying a new battery, paying msrp for a new phone or mabey getting a car charger to hold her over until march. She says she wants a battery. So i say ok and i proceed to check for a battery, sorry we are out of stock(it's a discontinued phone so we don't keep tons of batterys for old phones laying around) and inform her that there is a larger corp store 5mins down the road. She says you guys are horrible worst store ever...
