Customer Service "sigh"

What do you guys do for fun when you get slow? I work at a customer service call center and I am SOOOO BORED! Any ideas? These customers are crazy and I have to do something to keep myself sane!

I am in a Cingular Call Center and there is not much here to do except surf Phonescoop and chat in the forms. 😎

How is it that ya'll are so bored but any time I have a customer come in here that needs to get in touch with ya'll I am on hold for 10 minutes?

Hey ya'll rocks! You all takes too long and as phone sales people we should welcome an oppurtunity to be lazy with our words. Yeah, I'm from Texas!
