I was wondering if some one could tell me how much a Team Manager makes at an ATT call center

I'm just trying to find out, because, i think I'm getting screwed, I was with a company that ATT aquired and all we are being told when we ask is " your in the same range" what is the range? I heard it's 35 plus.

30+ starting... which suchs since landline is 60+ starting... the most profitible part of the company and we are pooed upon.

Verizon sale reps in my area make 13.85+commission from what im TOLD. but i only make 9.25 workin in a call center for ATT...god it sucks, but one of the better paying jobs. Im always told im over qualified to be a sales rep in cell stores...PISSES ME OFF 👿

I've never even worked in a store though. I've done sales in call centers obviously and ive always ranked top 3 from the time i get on the phones anywhere i have worked. (Verizon, ATT, Time Warner Cable) But when they see my stats it seems and honors (Employee of the Month, Top Sales Agent of the Region, ect.) They say im over qualified to be a sales agent i should be a Leader and at the time dont hire for that position. So basically I never get the job. I ask why i cant start at the bottom and im over qualified, i would run the sales from agents with more seniority. 🙄
