Wirefly is very good at pushing any problems off on other people. we've had so many people "referred" to us by wirefly because they screw up the customers order and then tell the customers to go to any store that sells verizon and they will fix it because it is verizons fault.
and those same customers will leave verizon in 2 years and pick up att and buy from wirefly "because they are cheaper" and never see that that stupid website is what is giving them a headache.

Thats right! All they see is yours and my sticker price, opposed to wirefly's sticker price. Then when their bill is messed up, they come to me begging for mercy and the first question i ask is.."where did you get your phone?", If its anything outside of a retailer or corporate, I send them right back.
Problem is..the stupid customers think "Well verizon is verizon, or ATT is ATT, so it shouldn't matter where i get my phone. if something is wrong with it, i'll take it back to any store". 🙄 People cease to amaze me

for the first 30 days you are supposed to do everything through the store you purchased the device from.
With a company like wirefly, that requires certain plans and stuff I refuse to work with the plans because if I delete a feature they needed for the price, it is of course my fault even though they didn't tell me about it.
I hate that website and ones like it.
