What do you guys think...
Do you think it would be "cry-baby" of someone to report their co-workers for being rude/ inconsiderate/ disrespectful?
It says in the employee handbook that you have to be respectful and considerate of everyone you work with....
I want other peoples opinions on this before I take any action.

It depends on the situation, But if you wil risk loosing your job that i would tell. your first step is to confront the co worker and if that does not get resolved then aproach the manager.

Yeah, I guess it just sucks because I'm such a nice person and it hurts me a lot when people are rude for no reason at all

First, I'd have a word in private with the other rep. That failing, I'd give the gist of the situation to the manager and ask them to keep a lookout.
Rude, stupid, inept reps cause store ratings to go down, which effects the pay of all reps in the store. If someone is an consistently rude or stupid then they need to fix it or go find something else to do.
