I want your help but I dont want to give any info
Don't you hate when customers come in to the store and want you to look up there account, but when you ask them for number and the last four of the SS# they give you an hard time. I accually had a woman come in today to purchase a few accessories. When i was making up her receipt she didn't want to give me her name or phone number (but she hands me a credit card lol)

I love it when they are paying the bill for a freind and they dont even know the last name or last 4 of the ss#. and even sometimes the phone #. then get mad that we cant just look it up with the name or phone#. with us you have to be an auth user to get any info about the account and you have to have an id to do it too.
