Cingular Blackberry support

Does anyone have a number for Cingular Blackberry support? I have a used 7280 that is not locked. According to RIM, I need tech support at Cingular to "release" the IMEI.
Any help?

You can try calling Cingular's customer service and have them transfer you to tech support. 1-800-331-0500

Thanks. I should have said...I am experienced at calling all the normal numbers and trying all the normal procedures...what I was really looking for was a person who had a contact or information on how to get the problem resolved.

the only thing you can do is call customer service and have them submit a technical ticket for this problem.
