I really hate when customers assume that I'm a complete moron. Do you really feel the need to spell out "Acres" with a second delay before saying the next letter?!? And why assume that I can't spell your street name?? Guess what, I've attended college, I'm pretty sure I know how to spell! I just needed to vent, I was out of the industry for quite a few months and sometimes wonder why I got back in in the first place 😢
