It makes me sad
Customer just came back into the store asking me why I shut off his phone service. "THe phone just stopped worknig after we left here?" I have no idea how to respond since all I did was check to see if he was able to add more lines on his account. He hands me the phone I notice the screen is black.. I take the phone hold the power button and it comes back on... he wasn't even an elderly customer (only 40yo). And we sold him the phone two months ago, so apparently it had never been shut down since then.
This and an aircard return have been my day so far...

I had 2 of those yesterday, same scenario. First one was an elderly woman who I had patience for just given the circumstances. The second was a woman who always comes in with crazy problems that she should know better (she's only a little older than me) 😳
