Sprint's New Comp Plan. Thoughts?

Just wanted to stop in and see what my fellow Sprint reps thoughts were about our new comp plan coming out in July.
I think it sounds good. I hate the fact that it's team-based CSAT, however I think it will promote better teamwork in the stores.
What are the thoughts from the rest of the class? 😎

I have been making over 2800 before taxes on like all of my commission checks now that they are changing things I will maybe be able to make 2100 at most. Sucks hard

lots of data, not to mention I sell phones. Last month I sold 97 new lines of service with 35 upgrades. Busy store+data=$
