Ive done that before too and its funny.
I'd be careful tho. On my phone I can tell when other agents are hanging in the background and havent fully transfered the customer over. Ive had other people hang on the line when Ive talked to problem customers and I will be extra aggresive and overly enforce policies just to put on a little show for the lazy reps that are call avoiding.
He'd already spoken with warranty today and then they trnsfrd him to Samsung (oh! and that rep opend a can of worms by saying that we've known about the issue since day one! OH MY!)
So he asked me to stay on the line and it was soooo funny so i'm a clam! 🙂
I love those calls, where customers are being so unreasondable I dont even care about being a jerk to 'em, cause they just deserve it.
oh man, the other day I had a cust more than a year out of warranty! 🤣 ---He thought the warranty was good for the contract of the phn. where do they get these things?!?!?

I seen your other thread and thought of this thread instantly....It had to be the same call. Most customers are just happy we are able to replace their Blackjack with a working one even it its out of warranty.
This is just too funny. Joker and I and most of the call center and laughing. The rep you transferred to is hearing about it now.
