ok, so according to a customer that just walked in my door the manufacturer's warranty covers travel chargers that were destoryed in a fire. 😳

I had a girl come in and stated she would like a manufacturer's replacement phone because she was walking across a bridge over the river her phone rang and when she went to answer it the phone slipped out of her hand and went over the edge of the bridge and to the bottom of the river. I asked why that would be a manufacture defect and she stated because they made the phone to slippery and that is not her fault
...
No just having one of those moments. and she did not want to tell mom and dad what really happened to the phone 🤣
