Legally Blind

Does anyone know of a device which would have the ability to recieve a basic and sms and translate it into voice? What would it be called? Text to voice? I had a cust today and could not find anything on it even after google searches. He said Verizon had one but wasnt sure which model.

check for third party apps, too. I know there are a couple out there.

The RAZR 2 V8 will read text, as well as the TMobile Dash 😁 hope noone said this already...

they sont have actualy translation, but you can send just voice sms.
