hhmmmm...not sure which company your talking about but the pearl isn't a $400 phone. And, at least on the rebates we have, there is small print saying you will only be given the amount you paid...ie you pay $30 and have a $50 mail-in-rabate you will only get $30 back. Or in your case...nothing.
