from sprint to at&t
I currently do cust svc for sprint, but i'm thinking of taking a job doing cust svc for at&t. Has anyone ever worked for both of them?
For those who work at at&t, what are the pros and cons of working in at&t call center? I'm tired of working for the chaotic, uncoordinated, outsourced, and maybe even satanic beast that is sprint...is at&t any better?

Yeah true story. I'm with EGS so I really don't know what AT&T is like themselves... But it seems to be a fairly decent company from what I've observed.
