AT&T Curve syncing with MAC?

illinformedcustomer

Feb 13, 2008, 6:16 PM
I have a customer who is having some issues with finding the correct software for this to take place and being firewalled I can't go over the steps with him to figure out how to avoid the errors or anything. Does anyone know the walk through steps to have the curve sync with a mac? Or any advice as to what to use for best ease of use while doing this.

It's been awhile.... but I'm pretty sure you have to use 3rd party software such is PocketMac.

Tell the customer to go to this website -

http://www.pocketmac.net/products/pmblackberry »

That would be the best bet.

We don't support synching with a mac (neither does blackberry i dont think.) So all support will need to be through the 3rd party developer. Kinda craappppy but that's life in the mac world lol.
