So the campaign isn't going very well...
It use to be set up so that customers could set these features up on their own Through an automated system (which failed.) Now they're being directed to us.
Who calls this line you ask? Everyone that we can't help. Go-phones and business lines.. So then it's like mmmkay well I'll transfer you to the right department... Either that or the customer hears a voice and freaks out *CLICK*.
There goes my conversion.
M: "thank you for calling big blue's star now service can i have your mobile telephone number?"
other end: silence...so i repeat myself
M: "thank you for calling big blue's star now service can i have your mobile telephone number?"
C: its 555-555-5555
M: thank you and were you looking to add a feature or service today?
C: no.
M: may i ask the reason then for your call?
C: because i can.
wow... thanks for calling to take a few dollars out of my pocket!
