AT&T WARRANTY QUESTION
I HAVE A BLACKBERRY 8310 AND ITS NOT CHARGING. IM STILL UNDER WARRANTY BUT I WAS WONDERING IF MY PHONE IS REALLY THE GREY ONE AND I TELL THE WAR PEOPLE IT IS RED...WILL THEY EVER KNOW THE DIFFERENCE?

When they pull up your account they wouldn't be able to tell what color you have so if you tell them red they would expect a red one to be sent back but its not really the biggest issue with the device.

Personally I would tell them the truth. You don't want to give them any reason to deny your claim.
If you want it that bad, I would tell them that you originally wanted the red one, but the store was out of stock.

also make sure you aren't trying to use a v3 charger. i know that sounds weird but while the pearls will charge on any old v3 car/home charger, the curves will not.. just an idea.
