And they want to track it, exchange it, get a missing accessory sent out, whatever... but they placed the original order through www.idontknowhowtouseacomputersoithinkimontmo bile.com However, because they are convinced that they did it through our site they don't have any way to contact the actual company that they need to be dealing with.
At least two or three of these guys a day, and I get to spend twenty minutes explaining to them the difference between Let's Talk.com and BigPink.com and trying to find out exactly where they placed the order so they can go deal with THEM.
