Company Party
So our locations have this annual Kick Off Party. This year its at the Westin Hotel and they're having a casino company coming in to set up games like Blackjack & Craps. Anyone else have these types of events? If so how do you guys do it?

We used to have parties like that. Ever since T-Mo bought all that new spectrum, they have cut costs everywhere. This includes all quarterly parties. They have pretty much forgotten about us in retail. Comission now sucks, the way corporate treats use is crap!!

Our company has never done this, but I've been to a party with a friend whose company did for them. It was so fun. Our dealer at the blackjack table took 5 shots of patron back to back like a champ. After they kicked in, he was giving away all sorts of chips and if a bad card came up, he'd throw it to the side till you got something good. It was a blast and we traded the chips in for raffle tickets for prizes. We started with $500 in chips each and I ended the night with over 30k.
