Don't customers have something better to do?
I would understand if the phone wasn't working or something.. But to just rant and complain on their high bills?? C'mon! It does sometimes suck to work for a company who has 60 million some customers..

I know what you mean; here if i leave today after working a full day yesterday, i dont get holiday pay for yesterday! Its crazy, we only had 120 calls all day! Normal day would have been over 700 in my department. Anyway, if not for customers we would not have jobs, so we have to take the good and the bad. Hmmmm....payday is still too far away! ☹️
