So we use this system to chat online with customer, it's much more efficient than calls since we can continue speaking with the customer while we speak with the credit check and validations department type places.
Because I type 72 words per minutes (no joke) I get slated for this at lot.
Today I got one.
Sometimes when there is a charge on a credit card we have to have our order verifications team speak with the customer to validate the information, it's a step to protect the customer.
This guy wasn't having it. He was insistent that I was trying to sell him more stuff. He threatened us with some $500 fine and would not give me a phone number to call him at. I don't honestly care if he wants to or not, it doesn't affect me at...
