C: I just got my first bill and it is sooo high.

M: Well, there are activation fees, and prorated charges. Let me take a look and I'll see if I can explain it to you.

C: (*Reluctantly hands me bill*) You're not going to memorize my personal information, are you? I don't want to go through that again...

M: ๐Ÿคจ

I explain the extra hundred bucks or so on the bill. They say they understand. There are 65 cents in text charges.

C: We don't text.

M: So you would like to dispute this 65 cents?

C: They charged me a whole lot more than 65 cents for those.

M: No sir, it states right here that you were charged 65 cents for usage.

C: Then why is my bill $250?! This is rediculous.

M: You said you understood the activation ...

Bah, you think you got it bad? I work in the credit escalation team. All I do all day is review credits and then call people to tell them if it's approved or denied. Approved credits aren't so bad. Denied credits suck.
