After, I've discussed all the plans with them, after I've gone over all the phones with them, after I've discussed all of the features that are available, After I've already started the activation, after I've already assigned them a new phone number, and after I've complete the activation do they say "I need to port my number over from my (insert carrier name) phone to this one"?

You dumbass! why didnt you tell me that from the start?

I did mention that you can port your number over from another carrier. He never told me that he was with someone else.

And here's why: think of their brains as a CPU from 1973. You punch in a command and it takes the computer 1 hour to process it. That's why this customer did this to devilsmafia. It took the poor moron to process that he needed to tell devilsmafia about his other carrier.
