haha, new activations are 1 point, upgrades are .5 and add ons are .5 (unless you upgrade the primary line, then the add on is 1) i need 30 points to get paid on my phones

that sucks. you can't get out six new lines in 2 days?

well tomorrow is a possibility to do some business...but the last day i work this month in a wednesday.

1 point for new activations/add-line
.25 for upgrades/prepaids


However, we don't really get scoredo n the points, we get scored on how many phones we put out.

And if we don't meet goal, it doesn't matter as far as commission, because we still get paid.

The only time we don't get paid is if the paperwork is wrong.

ah ha! the secret revealed! that's why customers get so many add on's put on with out their permission... can't say that I blame you though... if I was 2 points away and one day to go I might be tempted to pull some shady stuff too... also would explain why store reps at just about every provider don't lie but then again they don't say the whole truth.

Those us that have to make quotas/goals and get paid off of them try to do the best we can with every customer interaction.

I will not lie and say that I have not told the whole truth to a customer, and I will also not lie when I say that I have also with held information from a customer. But, in a situation where I am judged on my numbers and have very little traffic coming into the store I need to make the most of every transaction.

Indirects can be shady, but corps can be just as shady too. Nobodies hands are clean, and once you accept that then you can move on with life. 😉

Haha that goes for SOME indirects, yes.

Not for me though.

I don't necessarily want a customer coming back to me screaming about extra charges on their bill.

And it's just not ethical.
