i totally understand... It seems like all the "special" ones have been out today.... I actually had a guy complain that he had to pay a penny for a phone... Wow It's going to be one of those days! 🙄

I think it's great when they say "Well, I won't pay the ETF" like it's going to magically make it go away. I usually tell them "That's fine, we'll just send it to a collections agency, and you can dispute it with them."
