"Satellite Laptop Things"

Cust: Hey, I just want one of those satellite laptop things.

Me: Mmmmmm. Do you mean an AirCard?

Cust: Yeah, I my laptop so I can get the internet.

Me: Oh, OK. Well, we offer a solution that enables your laptop to have an internet connection just about anywhere.

Cust: How much is it?

Me: Well, we have different models to choose from. Prices will vary depending on the model you choose. The difference between the different models will be dependant on which type of laptop you have. The monthly fee is 69.99 for unlimited usage and 39.99 for 40MB of usage.

Cust: Wait. It costs money?

Me: Yes ma'am. It works the same as a cell phone in terms of how you're billed.
Cust: You guys are ridiculous. I'll just go back to Wal-Mart. T...

Actually they changed it so anyone can get the 69.99 price. I do it all the time. I forget the exact date but I remember reading it in one of the playbooks almost a year ago. So next time help a customer out and give them a cheaper MRC!

Thats a good question, as I was reading I looked up and saw two huge ladies walking by, both eating candy. I would be embaressed to eat in public if I was huge or even fat.
