"I'll have your job for this!" (kinda long)
I just an escalation convo go like this:
M: Thank you for holding, my name is SLRMcLaren and I am a floor supervisor. How can I assist you today?
C: I need someone who can help me immediately.
M: Ma'am I'd be happy to help you but from what I understand you were unable to verify either the Master password or using password on this billing account so unfortunately the information I can provide you with is very limited.
C: Then tell me if you can do this because i know you can (so why is she asking me then?). I need to move a SIM card from one line of service to another.
M: I apologize ma'am but once a SIM card is attached to a phone number it cannot be re-assigned unless the number is changed; in which case, the SIM card goes...

The thing that amazes me is that its a natural response. I didnt think. I had said it before i even knew what happened so I went with it. Generally I'm pretty quick witted but that was something DEFINATELY worth posting. Just the way SHE responded without thinking made it that much better. She set her self up for it. And if T-mo is gonna pay me more then why not?! LOL I'd hate to lose my team though.
