How do you guys handle that crap?
Customer calls in pissed because he received his replacement phone and his pictures didn't transfer over. I explained and he said "I want credit then". I almost got ghetto on him.
"No, we do not do that you may want to call care but I very much doubt if they will give you a credit for that."

Tell him to buy a freaking memory card, or bring in a USB Drive and back them up onto that. Or put them on PIXPLACE (for VZW).

Actually, we had one guy bring in laced coffee (bourbon I think) to Chemistry class and share... with everybody... this was the same Chem class where the instructor lectured with his eyes CLOSED (literally) so he rarely noticed anything we did.
Strangely I pulled a B in that class.

The really bad part was the fact that we had a couple of 15 year old kids in the class who were there because the High School wasn't challenging them enough so they were dual enrolled.
