Shop Talk

so.. this female is in my store as I write this, talking on one of our demo phones (very loudly) with our customer care about her bill. apparently there has been multiple ringtones and games downloaded onto her phone. she says they're not on her phone and keeps on showing us her phone and telling us to tell the rep she doesn't have them. the best part is her data useage on her account coincides with someone who downloaded some games and ringtones.. i say guilty until proven innocent.
