account holder information
this guy comes in with a white chocolate, esn change, blah blah, but he's not the account holder. I explain to him that the account holder's info is needed. he says that he's not, but needs the change anyway. he gives me acc. holder's name, address, but nothing VITAL. He then proceeds to give me the last THREE of his social (when I asked for the last four SEVERAL TIMES). it was great.

i tested sprint on this one time.
told them to verify last four AND password.
i'd call in and start getting pissy at the very begining....the let me in with both at least 3 times.
