I work for an authorized retailer for the new AT&T but i am moving soon and there is a core store located in the city im moving to. Would it be better to transfer to another authorized retailer close by or switch to a core store? im not sure how well they pay so i thought i would get some inside info! thanks 😁

core store would prob be your best bet. authorized retailers are all different, working for one is not like working for another.

personally I think you're better of going to another indirect - COR has a lot of strict policies and proceedures, whereas you will find another indirect dealer would be a little more flexible... probably less of a transition. I don't know what comission structure COR is on, but I can only immagine its comparable.

On the bright side - you already know the phones...

thats prob the worst advice i've ever heard someone give.
most indirect have more strict policies and procedures and higher quotas than cor.

and you still have to deal with the fact that you can't do sh*t, anything major comes up...and you're just another number waiting for CS while your customer is thinking about just leaving and going to a COR store.

🤣

Higher quotas = more customers... must be doing something right.

higher quotes= company not wanting to pay you bonuses...

i can tell you haven't worked in the cellular industry that long.

Whichever way you go do Warranty a favor and dont tell customer when their phone is broke in half or the screen is shattered or for stuff you know the warranty DOES NOT COVER to call us and we will exchange it.

Thanks! 🤣
