My job is giving me nightmares
Oops!
Anyway, I keep having this dreams that while giving my daughter a bath, I give her my blackjack play with!! Of course, I take it back from her, and then have a meltdown b/c I ruined my phone!!
I think I need a vacation!!

i keep dreaming that my store gets robbed. like i dreamt that i dreamt that it got robbed and i got yelled at because it was my fault and then in the dream i woke up and tried to prevent it and got robbed again. yeah...

I keep dreaming that I go to a swimming hole from my youth and slide down the slide into 15 foot water talking on my phone. I always wake up in a panic!

Well first and foremost your dream is a symbol of who and what you priorities are revolving around. The fact that you gave your phone to your daughter while in the bath signifies that you dont care for your current working environment and the way you snatched your phone back from you daughter shows your need for cellular affection and of course you regard your phone as equally important as family time... 😎

Basically I was advising you to maybe look to expand your horizons by broadening your career goals....mybe ask if there are any openings in management or even accounting if you are qualified for either position why are you not in that position right now...examine yourself and see what it is you want to be doing and why you feel you can have better...

I have the same problem! I have been with Verizon for just over three year. I answered my phone when I was half asleep the other day saying thank you for calling Verizon Wireless Cellular Plus how may I help you? I do love my job, But I think I need a vacation also! It is hard to loose out on that commission though! 😕

i get paid commision even when i am on vacation because we are on store profit share 😁

You really suck! I get profit sharing but not like that, i see it once a year and it rolls in to 401k

sorry to here that, all of our stores commission is paid out $$$$ in the store pool and employees all get a cut of it every week. If i am on vacation i still get my cut. That is just one of the many reasons I have been working for this Indirect for so long, no quotas and the pay out is much less stressful, i get salary then a cut of profit every week, no running around at the end of the month trying to make quota, and no waiting for a commission check at the end of the month,

My horrible dream is one where I'm working at the store but the computers aren't working or the phones won't program and customers are lined up out the door and yelling at me and there's nothing I can do to change things. Surprisingly, it doesn't happen very often in real life. Our computers are fairly reliable and phone problems aren't too bad to deal with.
The other horrible dream is that I'm working and it's the end of the day, but I can't lock the door and people keep coming in and refuse to leave. Sometimes, the door will be locked, but people will still figure out how to open it because they can see me in the store. It is usually a never ending cycle until I wake myself up.
