C: HELLO!?
M: I SAID HI! THIS IS EMILY CALLING FOR SPRINT!
Usually that's what I do, just be obnoxiously loud and as annoying as they are.
I keep right on with my script (i have to!!!) I had a customer say once are you a person?! Since i kept going I heard her say "Oh great it's another auotmated system" 🤣
Custie: HELLO?!
ME: Thank you for calling the big orange blob now the big blue sphere..
Custie: -interjects-Yes my phone..
ME: *keps going*..My name is Jane Doe and I'll be assisting you today..
Custie: -interjects AGAIN- My phone is not working!!!
ME: Okay, Are you calling in referrence to telephone number 123-456-7890?
Custie:YES and i'm having issues with my phone
ME: I see, and can I get your name?
Custie: John
ME: 🤨 and your last name?
Custie: Spencer
ME: And for security purposes can I get the last 4 ...
