A couple months later on the news there was a car crash, where a teenage driver was drunk, and killed someone. The teenagers last name was Everybodytalksabout. I have to assume it was my customers son

so this customer signed into our list as dim, so i called him and i was helping him and looking at his account i couldnt help but to laugh after i read the name on the account was dim hung long, as soon as i read it i said excuse me for one second and went back to the tech room and hit the floor laughing, and i was laughing so hard my co worker had to help him out

Ok this is my first post so ..... BOOYAKA!!! So far the most memorable names have been from both agents and customers. I've had a transfer from someone with last name Raper, (Dude, if yer reading this, take yer wife's name instead cuz yer name is freaky). I had a customer who's last name was Cummer ......... no really. I think the icing on the cake was from a couple of weeks ago. I get a transfer from a store agent who tells me the customers name. After a slight pause exercising great restraint and self control to prevent laughter, I inform that I'm ready to speak to the customer.
