Yeah, I hate fixing mistakes that corporate stores have made when they're just trying to go fast and make a buck. I also hate fixing mistakes that Radio Shack makes. I also hate fixing mistakes that indirect stores make. I also hate correcting misinformation that customers receive from customer care.
