When will MOIP be available???
If you're referring to Mobile Originated Internet Protocol, I'm sure it'll be deployed once wireless carriers implement 3.5 and/or 4G as Sprint Nextel is doing with their 1xEV-DO Rev A(3.5G) across their 1xEV-DO Rev o(3G) and with WiMax(4G) when they tentatively start their trial runs in Chicago and Washington DC in 4Q'07. I wouldn't be surprised if Sprint Nextel turns to Qualcom for their QChat.
