Got the 710 and found a website (www.fotobin.com) that sends free ring tones including mp3 ringtones to verizon phones. I was able to receive tones sent from the webpage but cant recieve them from anywhere else. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

your only going to be able to use get it now for ringtones. Not too many websites support the newer phones coming out....and the mp3 your going to have to download onto a memory stick and play them off that..... 😁

Unfortunately Verizon disable the ability to do it wirelessly. You have to get a Transflash memory card. Caution though, the phone only has enough memory to hold 1 maybe two songs; you have to use the memory card. Radio shack seems to be the cheapest so far.

The fact that it's a moto, it should BUT I don't know if the Walmart trick would work on the v710. It works on the v series phone (GSM version).
