Please help! Mobile IM issue

hi, I have the samsung sch-u740. I was looking through my phone and noticed a thing to download to upgrade my mobile IM. I clicked it, downloaded it, and then closed my phone. when I opened my phone again to go to my mobile IM the icon to go to my buddylist wasn't there. I tried get new apps. Nothing there...does anyone know what happened to my mobile IM and how I can get it back??

Do a hard re-set, and everything will set back to manufacture settings. Make sure you back everything up, if want to keep your info.

Don't know how to re-set your phone, call or take your phone to a corp location for assistance.
