As long-time readers will know, I don't usually do in-depth reviews of individual phones. There are a couple of reasons for that. First, the other phones sites already do that, and do a good job. I want to offer something different. Second, if I did them, I'd want to do them right, (really in-depth,) and I just don't have that kind of time.

But now that the site is pretty big, manufacturers really want me to review their phones, and I frequently have access to pre-release phones that lots of people are interested in.

So I'm going to try something new - an "interactive review". I'll post some casual first impressions, and then people are welcome to ask me questions about it, while I still have the phone (usually a week or two).

First up: the Sony Ericsson P900:

This is only something I'll do for unreleased phones. Once a phone is on the market, the good ol' User Reviews will be the place to go for hands-on opinions.
