I had the droid charge cell phone thru verizon and i was able to download the abobe flash player so I could watch cams like Port Everglades or Niagara Falls. I ungraded to the samsung galaxy s3 and i cant download that app. Verizon says it is because the phone operates under the jelly bean system. Does anyone know if they will soon be compatable and is there another app which works as good as adobe? any help would be appreciated.

Pretty much the same, but you can't downgrade to Android 2.3. Sorry.

Adobe no longer offers nor supports Flash for Android. See news here:

iOS has never supported it.

I found a few builds of android 2.3.3/4 that have support for flash (Custom ROMS)
I don't know if it makes sense to install gingerbread on a modern smartphone, but some people miss having flash support on their browsers.
