The phone is locked to AT&T, I'm afraid.
If your country is set to Jamaica in Facebook, the form should not have let you enter. You should have seen an error message instead of the entry form. We're trying to only accept entries from the US.
If someone still enters from the US, they're not strictly disqualified, but we may not be able to cover all shipping charges, and, again, it's an AT&T phone, so you'd have to figure that part out on your own.
