We don't talk in detail about how we monitor and moderate the forums. (We don't want to give anyone a blueprint to get away with things they shouldn't.)
With that said... Although we can't read every message posted, we certainly do monitor the forums beyond the messages that are reported to us.
Our advice is simply: don't curse or say inappropriate things, and you'll be fine.
