Account Bans

When we ban someone, we generally intend to ban that person, not just one arbitrary screen name they created.

We use a variety of techniques to enforce that policy, which can vary as the situation warrants.

There are, of course, ways around bans, (that's true of any site,) but we reserve the right to ban someone at any time if we determine that they've been banned before.
