Is the cell phone community dead or what? I visit this site many times daily, but lately I haven't seen anything. Whats up?

No. There were two reasons for the break:
1. The holidays. I need a break, and pretty much everyone else takes a break, too. Most of the other news sites and publications took similar breaks, and the companies took breaks as well, so there were no press releases or product announcements. In other words, there was no news to report!
2. I was preparing for CES. There were a lot of preparations too make, and of course I'm in Vegas right now, trying to balance my time between collecting info and publishing it.
Don't worry, January is already shaping up to be a busy month. There will be more on-location coverage from another event next week.
