Chipset Processor and Sensors

First, THANK YOU for doing such a great job tracking the wireless industry! I have been a loyal reader since 2001! Smile Now, could you please let me know if you track the chipset processor and recently all of the SENSORs and its applications on these devices? thanks!

We do track and show the processor for all phones.

Most smartphones have standard sensors that are either required by the platform, or a de-facto standard. For example, light sensor, accelerometer, and proximity sensor are standard. We've been moving away from listing those kind of standard features in smartphone specs.

Some sensors are not as standard, such as barometer. We're in the midst of adding that one.

What other sensors are you interested in seeing listed?
